Is this site secure for taking my credit card information ?
Is your information completely secure and confidential?

will always treat your order and inquiry with total discretion. Our
reputation has been built on the confidence that our customers have
every time they order with us. Your order DOES NOT mention our name
anywhere on the outside of the package.
If I do not see a product on the site - Does that mean sexylittletoyshop.com does not carry it?
Of course Not — We have access to over 10,000+ Adult Sex Toys and
Novelties from numerous manufacturers. If you do not see a product
please contact us via our "contact us" page. Let us know what you are
looking for and (in most cases) we can accommodate your needs and add
the product to the store just for you. Your email could actually help
us out.
If we are unable not to source the product you desire, we will find a
replacement from a different manufacturer.
Should I clean my new toy?
Yes. www.sexylittletoyshop.com recommends cleaning your new toy before
and after each use. Sometimes newly manufactured toys may have a
finishing residue or small particles from the assembly line they were
created on. Give your new toys a good wash before use and always follow
the directions included in the packaging. If you're unsure about
something, email us at info@sexypartyshop.com
What happens if the colour or size I ordered isn't available?
With thousands of items in our store, sometimes a colour or size might
be out of stock. In this situation Lovedreamer.com will send the
closest colour or size to the item ordered. Of course this is a rare
occurrence, but sometimes does happen. Also Lovedreamer.com reserves
the right to substitute an equal or more expensive item in the case of
a stock outage. You will always have the option of returning your item.

How old do I need to be to order from your site?
Customers need to be 18 years and older to view and place orders through our website.
Do you trade names and customer info with third parties?
NO DEFINITELY NOT. We never have and we never will.
How quickly can I expect to receive my order ?
All orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will be
shipped out within 2 business days of when the order was placed.
Canadian based orders are send via Canada Post and usually arrive
within 2 to 5 working days. However 5 working days should be allowed
before contacting us if your order has not arrived. US orders usually
arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Occasionally, due to the huge
amount of orders we receive every day, an item may go out of stock
temporarily. If this should happen you will be notified of any delay
and offered a full refund or replacement product if you so desire.
If an item is unsuitable - Can I exchange it?
Due to the intimate nature of the products we do only allow refund or
exchange on a product that is defective from the manufacturer only. You
must return your order within 7 business days and we will credit or
replace the item.
Our returns/exchange conditions are:
1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be received back at our office within 10 days from the day you placed your order.
3.Lingerie and items of clothing are nonrefundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above
conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to
you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non
refundable and non exchangeable.
What should I do if an item I receive is faulty?
Simply return it to us stating what is wrong. We will happily exchange it for you.
If I pay by credit card - Do you specify on my statement what I have ordered?
NO. Bank or card statements will not mention sex in any way or detail
what you have ordered from us. We process credit cards through PayPal
in the name of our parent company STLS Marketing, this is what will
appear on your statement.
How often do you launch new products?
We are constantly on the look out for new products that we can offer
our customers. When they have been tested for quality and safety and we
are thoroughly satisfied with the value for money, we will put them
onto our site.
